Meet The Creator

Hi, I’m Ms. Monday—and yes, that’s really my name. I’m the creator of Exponential Access. This is a learning space to help young people grow with purpose and feel confident, curious, and capable again— just the way God created them to be.

Every educator I’ve ever met wants to save the world, including myself. But the system wasn’t built for the kind of learners we are raising today. It was built for compliance, not curiosity.

I’ve worked with students who struggled in school, teachers who felt burned out, and parents who wanted to help but didn’t know how. I’ve seen brilliant minds get dimmed by outdated learning systems.

And I’ve seen what happens when you give a child the space, support, and strategy they need to grow.

Even though standardized test requirements are slowly being pulled back, instructional models are still built around them—focused more on teaching kids what to learn than how to learn. That disconnect leaves too many students disengaged, anxious, or simply going through the motions.

We’re living in a time where every person, regardless of age, must become a perpetual learner to adapt, grow, and make meaningful impact. Those with access to technology have no more excuses!

The future will belong to those who can think critically, solve real problems, and continue learning far beyond classroom walls.
